- Before Work Begins: A full refund is available if you cancel before we begin work on your design.
- During the Design Process: Partial refunds may be available if the cancellation occurs after work has started. Refunds will depend on the amount of work completed.
- Completed Designs: Refunds are not available once final designs have been delivered, as these are considered custom, intangible products.
2.2 Construction Services
- Before Project Commencement: A full refund of any initial deposit is available if you cancel before construction work begins.
- During Construction: Refunds will be determined based on project progress. Costs for materials already purchased or services already performed are non-refundable.
- Completed Projects: Refunds are not available once construction is finished unless defects or issues fall under our warranty policy.
3. Returns for Products or Materials
If you have purchased specific materials or products as part of your landscape project, returns may be processed under these conditions:
- Eligibility: Materials must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.
